School-age? Know the two evaluation paths
Salt Lake City School District (or Granite School District for South Salt Lake, Millcreek, and Holladay) evaluates for school services through Child Find and an IEP. Insurance-covered ABA needs a medical diagnosis, which is separate. Most families do both, and we coordinate with the school with your consent.
