We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Competitive salary ranging from $87,000 – $100,000 per year.
- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate patient needs to determine behavioral
requirements and develop individualized treatment plans. - Design ABA Curriculum: Create, review, and regularly update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and Train: Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.
- Monitor and Adjust: Meet regularly with the treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Report Writing: Write comprehensive reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
- Clinical Review: Review reports and session notes regularly to maintain high standards of care.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Certification: Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensure: Must have applicable state licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of work experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment: Dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
- Certification: Basic Life Support certification is required, or candidates must be willing to complete training within 30 days of hire.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Golden Touch ABA is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to use prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop essential skills for independence.
Competitive salary: $19-$22 per hour.
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding the daily activities of clients.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Behavior Analyst in Training (BAIT)
Golden Touch ABAÂ is seeking a highly motivated Behavior Analyst in Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
Are you in a masters program going for your BCBA? We provide paid indirect hours towards your BCBA certification! Get paid, to get supervised by our incredible BCBAs!
Under the direction of your supervising BCBA you will do the following:
