About Golden Touch
We fixed the thing that breaks ABA companies.
The ABA industry has a quiet crisis: burned-out clinicians, revolving-door therapists, and children whose progress restarts every time a familiar face disappears. Golden Touch exists because we believe none of that is inevitable.

Our story
Built backwards from what children need.
Most ABA companies are built forward from billing: set billable-hour quotas, stack caseloads, and hope quality survives. It doesn't. Industry-wide, clinician burnout runs rampant and staff turnover commonly hits 30 to 50 percent a year, and every departure resets a child's progress.
We started from the other end: children make lasting progress when the same skilled, energized people show up every week. So we removed billable-hour quotas entirely, capped BCBA caseloads around ten clients, and made weekly BCBA involvement the standard for every child. Then we built a company that could sustain it.
The result is what we call the Virtuous Care Cycle: supported BCBAs develop confident RBTs, confident RBTs stay and deliver consistent care, consistent care produces real outcomes, and those outcomes attract the next generation of great clinicians.
What we believe
People before paperwork
Families are partners, never case numbers. Clinicians are professionals, never billing machines.
Consistency as a promise
The same team, week after week. We build our business model around keeping the people your child trusts.
Radical transparency
You'll always know what's happening in therapy, why, and how it's going, with data you can actually understand.
Evidence, always
Everything we do is grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and delivered with warmth, not worksheets.
“They are called Golden Touch, but you know what? They have a HUMAN touch. Really blown away.”
Our clinical team
The people your child will actually know.
